I am a Humanistic Integrative counsellor practising in Sussex. I am accredited and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and move forward. I aim to provide a safe and trusting environment for working through the problems and issues you maybe facing within a confidential, non-judgemental environment.

For me therapy has been incredibly important, healing and rewarding whilst at times painful too. As a counsellor I hope to offer you what I have gained. I understand how difficult starting counselling can be and will hope to answer any queries you have. I offer an introductory session for £35 so you can check out whether what I offer is right for you before committing to an agreed amount of time.

I am experienced in loss, bereavement, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, identity issues, trauma, and depression. Since 2016 I have volunteered at a Hospice counselling bereaved clients, at a low-cost counselling service in Sussex and at Terrence Higgins Trust. I am now in private practice in Brighton & Hove & Lewes.
